Answer:	The thickness varies from the yellow to the blue. The yellow is the thinest and the softest. I believe that these bands will hold up for a good period of time. I started with the yellow and am now using the red for working my glutes. The yellow did roll a bit just have to be careful.

Answer:	If you’re planning on riding your bike with a yoga mat in the backpack I’d say no. The yoga mat wouldn’t be stable. Without a yoga mat the backpack is very comfortable.

Answer:	It is secure as long as you use the top strap. I read some of the other reviews saying it’s not secure. Testing myself, I think they must not be using the top strap. The pack is lightweight and comfortable, if it’s empty I could see it moving a bit while riding. If you pack your towel it should be perfect! Thanks for the idea to try biking to class!

Answer:	I have a long manduka black pro and while the mat can *barely* squeeze into the lower elastic strap (should really have a clip strap there as well as on top), the mechanics are all wrong, with the weight pulling backwards. The bag would make much more sense if the mat went in the innermost compartment near the body, thus not constantly pulling backwards and putting too much stress on the zipper.

Answer:	It holds a light change of clothes, or a couple yoga blocks and blanket. I really like this tote. It will not fit a regular B Mat. So measure your mat width to make sure it will fit

Question:	Will I totally destroy my mat in a top loading washer? I would like to try washing gentle and with cold water
Answer:	LOL, I put two in at a time and I worry about ruining my washer! The mats get washed 1-2x per week in my top loading washer. I wash them a the regular cycle and they look just like I just bought them! Be careful unloading them - the drum moves a lot. And Angeline is correct, fold it long ways, fuzzy side out (this seems to get rid of most of the water during spin.

Answer:	I have this bag it easily fits my 3mm mat (Gaiam) and the Thirsty Mat Towel (also Gaiam) if I wrap the towel around my mat after it's already rolled up, and it still has room for me to use the pockets. I hope that helps!

The strap itself, from the opening of the bag is 15 inches long. And the total length of the bag is 25 inches. Also, the small zipper pocket on the inside is 8 inches wide by 5 inches deep.
