Answer:	These are not medical therapeutic leggings but they feel very good on and to the legs. I have arterial and venous (blood flow down and up) impairment: arterial occlusions (PAD) and compressed (May-Thurner Syndrome) veins. I can't wear medical therapeutic socks as they would impede the downward, arterial, flow. That said, these energize my legs and I wish I could live in them. For the price they are well worth trying.
