Answer:	I wouldn’t say they’d be very warm... they’re not as thick as sweatpants but thicker than leggings. If you were layered up with a long jacket, maybe. But I wouldn’t count on them as winter pants. That being said, these are my FAVORITE lounge pants!! I’ve got 3 pairs in different colors, one that is a few years old & still holds it’s shape & has only gotten softer. They are a quality, durable fabric with perfect stretch, so comfortable!
