Answer:	I. Do not know the exact thickness. I have two cats who use the box and change the litter every 3-4 days. I found that when I was using only one liner I sometimes had small holes. What I started doing was first putting in a cheaper liner and then used these. Since I started doing that no more holes. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Only 26 inch tube, that is what size they take, I wouldn't recommend a y other size . I just had to purchase one for mine that arrived with a faulty tube. Question:	I am very short 4'10 1/2 and overweight but with chronic back issues. Is it hard to invert up after hanging upside down? Can you do it by yourself
Answer:	I am 5'1. 200lbs ish.... Its not difficult at all. Its all about balance. Use the bars to flip yourself on your terms. Takes a little bit of arm power, bit its definitely worth it. Using other inversion tables, i finally decided to buy my own! Best... Stretch... Ever....
