Answer: NO. These bowls are metal. DO NOT MICROWAVE THEM.

Answer: In the information on the product page, there are actually instructions regarding how to properly shut the lid. I was having problems, but once I followed the instructions, the lids on all seven bowls fit snugly enough that I could pick the lids up (with the little finger holds on them) and the bowls came right up with lids--NO SLIPPAGE at all. If you are having problems with this, please review their instructions. Hope this helps.

Question: How stable is this bench? I bought a similarly cheap bench from Wallyworld 5 years ago and it wobbled a lot and decline position was kind of scary
Answer: Decline position is scary. The pin does come out occasionally due to the wobble of the main bench. I just double check every time I use it.
Question: The nuts have caps and don’t fully tighten the bolts, leaving an inch or two of bolt sticking out one end with a nut at the end of it. Is this right
Answer: My bench did not have caps and there is less than a quarter of an inch of exposed bolt after fully tightening. I have the exposed bolt end facing the floor on the underside of the bench. No caps required.

Answer: The seat is exactly 12 & 1/2 inches wide where your butt goes... 11 inches wide where your head would go.... It’s a good bench for Abs - (sit-ups) incline, decline, and shoulders-(sitting upright). But it is NOT, good for flat bench... it can be done with some improvisions but extremely uncomfortable...
