Answer:	It’s recommended to have two people. Two people will be needed to carry it to the room of choice. One person could put it together but it’s recommended to have a second to hold things while inserting bolts.

Answer:	I don't recommend it. The left "mast" you could take out of the box, but the right mast has a cable running through it that is attached to the main frame. Some parts, like the console, are under the main frame and cannot be accessed until the bands are cut and the running area raised. Best to leave it in the box and slide it on the stairs if at all possible.

Answer:	The drive motor has a max rating of 16A @ 90VDC. That would equate to about 12 amps at 120VAC (16x90)/120 at the fullest load. Horizon recommends a dedicated 15 Amp circuit according to its website.
