Question: What is the weight equivalent of each cord
Answer: As far as I am aware, each band is approximately equivalent to 30 lbs. The resistance is increased by shortening the band. This is done by pulling the band through different ring combinations and clipping to whichever is the end ring. The different colored bands have no significance with respect to the resistance. Both the board and the bands come in different colors, depending on your aesthetic preference.

Answer: I am 6'4" and it works for me, but with a bit more tension than my wife who is much shorter so I would say yes, but be prepared to w olrk a little harder on legs at first
