They work great I have one on each side of the bottom hole to give more stability and hold the plates off the ground.

Answer:	This is a question for the retailer. My stand was fine. I did have to get different bolts so that it would be secure. The ones that came with the stand did not allow the screws to go in enough to make the stand stable.

Answer:	My dumbbell rack is 22.5" High x 25" Long x 16" Wide

Answer:	The rack itself sits 22.5” high from the feet to top posts and is 24” wide. With the top rack loaded with the 2x25lb and 2x20lb dumbbells it stands at a total height of 26.5” - 27” from feet to overall height (the cap of the 25lb is the largest). Answer:	I got these and I returned them. I have a review on this site about this. Sorry, I don't remember where I saw the warning anymore. It may have been when I got them.
