Answer:	Very easy to put together. I see someone mentioned a tool but no tool came with mine, nor is any tool required. There is a separate foot part that you just screw onto the frame (no tools necessary, there is a handle that you just rotate to screw this on). From out of the box to using it should take no longer than 30 seconds.

Answer:	The damn thing snapped off a ring mid incline bench and nearly broke my back. That and it wobbles like crazy. Don't buy this, it's sketchy and unsafe

Answer:	It's very light, however it is also very stable, zero wobble and I have had 330 lbs on it with no problem. The odd thing is it's 19 inches in height whereas competiton benches are 16.5 to 17.5, that took a bit of getting used to while bench pressing. I do like the bench.

I checked with Desert Essence directly, and on their website -- which I would assume is regularly updated -- they've posted this list of ingredients for the Tea Tree Mouthwash: Water (Aqua), Glycerin (Vegetable Derived), Polysorbate 80, Eco-Harvest® Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Mentha Viridis (Spearmint) Leaf Oil, Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Extract, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), Calcium Ascorbate, Citric Acid. I have this mouthwash at home, and the ingredients on the bottle do match what Desert Essence has posted on their site. I can also tell you this is a great product. The Multi-Functional bench, or Roman Chair, is designed to work your hamstrings, glutes and hip flexors/obliques with very specific exercises, many of which you can see in the product listing. While doing these exercises can be terrific for shaping and toning your legs and core, it only passively works your quads. The traditional exercises for quads are squats, leg extensions and leg presses, which should not be done with this bench. However, squats can be done with little or no weight on any flat surface.

Answer:	I'm 5'4 and my husband is just over 6 foot and we are both able to use it, the part you lean on does adjust up so you can raise it if needed to the level of your hips to do the extensions.

Answer:	I bought this as a gift for my grandsons and I’ve only seen it after assembly one time. I found these dimensions on-line: 64.5L x 47.5W x 48.5H in. I would say these would be correct. It really doesn’t take up much room at all.
