Answer:	Poor product. Perhaps okay for holding something very light weight and semi-securely while you solder or file etc...it does have free play and more than I could tolerate.

Answer:	The bottom of the horizontal brace is 10” off the ground. The table does sit higher. We put a 2x10 board across the 2 horizontal braces to make a shelf.

Answer:	There is a coat of varnish on the bamboo, water for a short period is Ok but wipe it up in a reasonable amount of time. I wouldn’t use it for a planting bench as pots left for a long period would leave rings.

Answer:	This is all made out of steel and cast iron. Pot metal aka... die-cast zinc would be useless for a vise.

Answer:	It will with a caveat. There is a channel with T-shaped receivers in it, similar to what a machinist table will utilize to hold down equipment. There is a section of cast iron directly across from each other in the channel that links the inner circle (under the vise itself), to the outer ring which has the bolt holes for attaching to a work bench. When installed, you can rotate approximately 160 degrees. To get the jaws to the other side of the circle, you would have to remove the vise from the bench and rotate, or remove the vice from the pedestal and reattach. you loose approximately 30 to 40 degrees of the entire 360 to account for the connecting bar.

Answer:	Never used a lead sled but from the looks of it, it's heavy. You might take a pass on this table as it's good for air rifles and small caliber rifles but if you're needing a sturdy table for a high caliber, this ain't the one. You might be able to stiffen it up if you have a mig welder but that's getting into another subject.

Answer:	Without using a force gauge I can't specifically say, however I can confidently say it's we'll in excess of 1000 lbs. I've used it to lock 8/4 red oak boards 55" × 14" for hand planing and it locks them in without any shifting.

Question:	How do you adjust the angle of the Roman chair/back extension portion
Answer:	a pin just slides in & out ... very easy (for all ages) to adjust.
Question:	Does it go on incline and decline and 90 degree for shoulder press
Answer:	You can do a decline , I don't think it is designed for incline.
Question:	is this ok to bench press, or will it break
Answer:	It is supposed to have a 350 capacity. It is not really made for bench presses. It is made more for core exercises, like inclined sit-ups, crunches, and trunk extensions. I do lean on it and sit on it for dumbbell exercises but any lifting while laying on your back is limited because it is kind of short .
Question:	Does the incline go up further for upper chest
Answer:	It tops out level with the floor.
