Answer:	The damn thing snapped off a ring mid incline bench and nearly broke my back. That and it wobbles like crazy. Don't buy this, it's sketchy and unsafe

Answer:	You shouldn't have any problem, assuming the proper clothes. The clothing you wear has some bearing one whether you slide, as does perspiration. And if you use a heavy bar across your pelvis, that can also make a difference. That said, we've never heard of anyone slipping while doing thrusts.

Question:	How does this bench compare to the escape fitness multi function bench? are they just the same bench branded differently
Answer:	They come out, but when in the base they are held by those silver/chrome latches you see (not sure what they called)
Question:	Can it be used as decline bench
Answer:	Very easy, essentially just slide upper vertical poles into lower assembly and insert pins.
Question:	Is the portable enough or sturdy enough to fit in back of a pick up truck for mobile fitness training
Answer:	I think the directions are actually backwards for that step of the assembly. You should insert the hand screw AFTER the adjustable height rod. That way the screw goes through all the layers of metal, and doesn't prevent the rod from sliding down. After I did that I was able to reach the barbell easily, and the spotter bar was also in a good position.
Question:	What is the length of the deck when lying flat
Answer:	These arecalled aircraft. That blue ring inside the nut are designed to keep the nuts from loosening during use.....vibration. Start the nuts by hand , then put a box wrench on the bolt head and one on the nut and tighten. You will meet some resistance but just keep turning the nut till it meets the part.
