Answer:	It is not insulated. It is very small, good for short hikes and rides, Also worth mentioning , if used for biking can be cumbersome to get back in the sleeve. Answer:	It sure does! Which is great! The size of the 2 bottles are sufficient to carry enough water for an hour workout (well for me anyway) and maybe more.

Answer:	It is a little smaller than the iPhone Plus but I don't think it will fit. If the dimensions are 6.04 in x 3.09 in, you may need to find a different way to carry your phone.

Answer:	My iphone 6 in a leather flip case *barely* fits in the pocket, to the point that the pocket is distended and I'm not sure what else I could get into it. I use wireless headsets so I don't have to deal with wires; wires would complicate things. My other Nathan belt (not a hydration belt) fits the iPhone 6 nicely; I'm returning this one and looking for another with a larger pocket.

Some video reviewers complain that if your waist is on the small side you have to deal with the access strap, but you can either hold the extra strap length in place with a hair elastic or cut it and sew/seal ends with no fray glue.
