Answer:	I'm 5'2" and weigh 130. I have a large and its snug. I usually wear a medium, too. I think that the medium would be a pretty good fit for you. I bought it for my mom (she has since gained weight after a stroke) that was 101 lbs and 5' tall. It fit her nicely.

Answer:	The first and second replacement came with stains. For the price and don’t have to wear a vest over jacket. It was warm for as thin as it is. My line if work, my clothes get dirty fast anyway.

Answer:	The drawstring is elastic cording drawn through the bottom hem and attached to plastic retainers on each side seam. You push a button on the retainer and pull out some cord, then release the button. The excess cord hangs loose outside the jacket. It isn't a problem though I see little reason to cinch in the jacket in the first place.
