Answer:	So I'm 5'3" 140lbs, I bought a medium. They do fit tight at the waist, im not super lean but not real chunky either. Knowing how they fit around the waist, I think you'd do fine with a medium (then you get proper length!)

Answer:	These are very durable. I have mine for 2 years and work out and run in these 3 to 4 times a week. I have 2 pairs and wash them after each use. They are still like when I 1st purchased them. I am very happy with them and will purchase again when the do get worn out. They really support the knees very well. You should notice a difference. I recommend them for training for your event.

Answer:	These tights are thick. I use these tights on days that below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. I wear them a lot on rainy 50 degree days in western Oregon. If your looking for warm dry day tights you might want to look at 2XU brand. CW-X tights support the knees fairly well. They tend to pull at the knees and are too tight around in a male’s private area. 2XU has a lot more space in the groin and the material is thin and provides more support for the calves. 2XU was designed by an Australian company. It depends on your personal needs

Answer:	Hello! Hope I can help. I have a 36.5" waist, wear a size 12 (or 14) and just purchased an XL. They are VERY comfortable! The waistband only rolls slightly when I'm sitting, but not when standing or walking around. That being said, I don't feel they're very "compressing," so I'm going to order the L next. I'll still keep the XL, as they'd make great lounging pants.

Step 1

To achieve maximum support and comfort, please wear the tights as recommended. We suggest sitting down to put it on.

Use both hands to slowly roll the tights up your legs.

Step 2

Make sure the support web is aligned properly and symmetrically on both legs.

Note: The support lines (2 diamond shapes) should cross above and below your knee caps

Step 3

Please check whether the knee support is fitting correctly or not.

If there are too many wrinkles in the knee area, the fitting is incorrect.

Adjust the waistband as needed.
