Answer:	It feels just like a normal basketball with exception that it lights up. I don't know if the balance of it is as perfect on one finger when compared, since it has batteries inside. But dribbles , spins and sounds and feels just like normal

Answer:	I use these bars in weight class all the time - if a 5 lb dumbbell weight is comfortable for you to use, then start with a 10 lb bar - you will be holding it with both hands, so each hand would have 5 lbs of weight. I will also say, I never did any weight training before, and started with the 10 lb bar - and even use it today (6 mo later), for warming up. I now use the 15-20 lb bar for serious work, like lunges and squats (with it over my shoulders).

Answer:	This attachment works perfect for me. Like in the picture, the person is using great form too. I never had it hit me in between the legs. I would adjust your stance to where you are lifting the other end of the bar up. I use 2 (not 1) - 45 pound olympic plates to control the leverage at that end. Answer:	You select the location. It's only partly decided by your belly button. It's where you want the legs to hit your thigh or knee. Personally, I wear them just below my belly button and they hit slightly below my knees. If I pulled them high above my belly button they'd be at my thighs, but I don't like that look. I imagine relative locations depend on how tall you are. I'm 5'10'. The person wearing them decides how they want to wear them.
