For example, if you go to sleep at 11:00 PM, wake up at 1:00 AM and go to sleep again, the continuous sleeping time is less than 4h, then the watch will not record your sleeping data during 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM. If you want to track your sleeping correctly, please kindly wear the watch one your wrist when you are sleeping, and make sure your continuous sleeping time is over 4h at night.
