Answer:	You have to download the app VeryFitPro then turn on the Bluetooth on your phone so that this watch can pair up to your phone then the time will automatically change to the Current time on your phone

Answer:	i can’t figure that out so i put it on a stuffed animal leg so those green lights weren’t flashing in my face while i slept.
