Answer:	I am not sure about the Horizon but I purchased this treadmill in April and have had multiple issues. #1 I received it with a non working incline motor. I contacted their terrible customer service about this and they said because I got the warranty they would send out a repairman to replace it. It took 2 months and a few times of me contacting them through chat, email and phone and I finally randomly received a replacement motor in the mail. However, I ended up having to figure out how to replace the motor myself (which was super hard to do) because they didn't send out a repairman. Issue #2 One of the metal pieces that is connected to the lower platform that makes the treadmill incline busted off. I contacted the chat and the agent ended up putting in a request for a replacement treadmill for me. Well that was over a month ago and have still heard nothing back. I've called and emailed them multiple times and was not able to get ahold of them since. I tried the chat and the agent said it's taking longer because of Corona. Really? Over a month and not even an email updating me of the situation? I actually just tried calling today and was on hold for over 40 minutes and ended up just hanging up. I've had this treadmill since April and it's been one headache after the next. I even paid for the premium extended full from head to tippy toe warranty and they are treating me like garbage. Overall, this treadmill can be good but it is cheaply made and the customer service massively SUCKS, BAD. I might try the Horizon treadmill if I were you. Just my opinion though. Oh, and avoid the iFit. Not worth the price. You do get a free year of it though.

Answer:	The NordicTrack Commercial 1750 Treadmill connects to Wifi in order to use the interactive iFit workouts. It comes with Bluetooth audio capabilities to listen to music. It can connect to your TV with an HDMI cord if you would like to view your workout on your TV screen instead of the 14-inch touch screen on the console.

Answer:	The NordicTrack Commercial 1750 states it is weighed for someone up to 300lbs however within days of using our brand new one the running board split. It happened 4 more times following the replacement parts the company sent us. The technician NordicTrack sent us recommended this machine only if you weight 190 or under. If you are 200+ do not buy this machine if you are planning on running. This is an engineering defect. NordicTrack wanted to charge us $500 of restocking fee and it took weeks of negotiation before they agreed this was their issue. Two months later we finally had a refund. For anyone below 200lbs the treadmill and its features look awesome.

Answer:	It's a silicone lubricant. L. Gray is providing false information. The manual says never apply silicone SPRAY because silicone spray contains 95+% other chemicals such as Acetone, Butane, N-Heptane, Isobutane and propane. All of which can deteriorate the belt material. Here's the exact wording as seen in every proform treadmill manual: "Never apply silicone spray or other substances to the walking belt or the walking platform unless instructed to do so by an authorized service representative. Such substances may deteriorate the walking belt and cause excessive wear."

Question:	Is Performant lube a petroleum based lubricant or a silicone based lubricant
Answer:	Works for the treadmill motor in the 990C, but the circuit for the incline motor didn't work correctly. Once plugged in, and without the main panel key inserted, it would power the incline motor to the max height and continue sending power - causing that motor to overheat and smoke. I called the company and they said I likely also needed a new control board. However, I had trouble believing that, so I'm using the product without the incline motor connected.

Answer:	it worked on my t5.5. If it looks like the board in your treadmill it should work. It is a good idea to look at the pictures of it to make sure it has all of the connection spots for your treadmill. Also, the polarity for the lift on my treadmill was reversed, you may have to switch wires on the lift motor.

Question:	At 4 mph, for 15 minutes that should be 1 mile. But the console shows only .8 mile. How accurate is the console
Answer:	Unfortunately it looks like the tracking of a mile is grossly inaccurate which is a bit disappointing. Running at 6.5 it took me almost 12 minutes to complete a mile as per the console. I know it takes time for the belt to speed up, but that is still way off IMO. The treadmill itself is great for the money. I will be exploring apps to help with proper mile count. Also the heart rate monitor is way off.

Answer:	I would use a dishwashing liquid like dawn use sparingly directly on the carpet that’s affected. The. Take a wet sponge and work the area with that soak up with paper towels and repeat.
