I am 5ft3in and 120lbs and they fit me well....I am sure they would stretch for someone a little taller (especially the larger sizes- I think I bought small), but I don't think they would stretch enough to be comfortable on a 6 foot tall woman. I hope you find something that works for her because they are SO soft and comfortable if you could get the right size!
