Answer:	I find the waist band on these shorts very comfortable. There is a small elastic strip that runs along the top to keep them up. Unlike Nike pro shorts, the top band doesn’t fold down on me. They are also thicker then the Nike pro. I wear these comfortably under sweats going to and from the gym. The only thing is that hey will creep up slightly but that is expected with these types of shorts.

Answer:	They are great all round work out shorts, very light weight. Moderate runs would be fine. If your committing to distance you'd could expect to get leg chaffing. The style and fit are good to size. no built in junk support.

Answer:	The size 36 was a little big on me, i think 36 should be fine. These get static cling so they will stuck to your legs a little.

Question:	I have the drifit 360 and drifit with this waist band. the size is xl for a 40-42 waist and they fit perfectly. would xl fit me in this short
Answer:	They are pretty accurate on sizing. It really all depends on the type of fit you would like. If you wear 38 in jeans, but want really loose shorts, I might think of a size larger. They flex really well so you really don't need to go larger if you don't want to. They are not super loose like basketball shorts though. Most do not want that in their workout shorts.
