Question:	Trying to decide between this and the Horizon T-101. Anyone have any experience with both units
Answer:	I am not sure about the Horizon but I purchased this treadmill in April and have had multiple issues. #1 I received it with a non working incline motor. I contacted their terrible customer service about this and they said because I got the warranty they would send out a repairman to replace it. It took 2 months and a few times of me contacting them through chat, email and phone and I finally randomly received a replacement motor in the mail. However, I ended up having to figure out how to replace the motor myself (which was super hard to do) because they didn't send out a repairman. Issue #2 One of the metal pieces that is connected to the lower platform that makes the treadmill incline busted off. I contacted the chat and the agent ended up putting in a request for a replacement treadmill for me. Well that was over a month ago and have still heard nothing back. I've called and emailed them multiple times and was not able to get ahold of them since. I tried the chat and the agent said it's taking longer because of Corona. Really? Over a month and not even an email updating me of the situation? I actually just tried calling today and was on hold for over 40 minutes and ended up just hanging up. I've had this treadmill since April and it's been one headache after the next. I even paid for the premium extended full from head to tippy toe warranty and they are treating me like garbage. Overall, this treadmill can be good but it is cheaply made and the customer service massively SUCKS, BAD. I might try the Horizon treadmill if I were you. Just my opinion though. Oh, and avoid the iFit. Not worth the price. You do get a free year of it though.

Answer:	I measured it using an android level app at 1 degree, 1.5 degrees and 2 degrees. I had been logging the 1-degree measure as no incline, so it's good that this question inspired me to check.

Answer:	The assembly consists of 5 basic steps:1. Remove all parts from carton.2. Slide frame upright tubes onto base, connect console wire.3. Attach 2 frame upright tubes to base with bolts provided.4. Connect wire to console.5. Attach console to frame upright tubes with bolts provided.It is relatively simple to put together, but we do suggest you have someone assist since the carton is heavy and so are a few of the main parts. Question:	At 4 mph, for 15 minutes that should be 1 mile. But the console shows only .8 mile. How accurate is the console
Answer:	Unfortunately it looks like the tracking of a mile is grossly inaccurate which is a bit disappointing. Running at 6.5 it took me almost 12 minutes to complete a mile as per the console. I know it takes time for the belt to speed up, but that is still way off IMO. The treadmill itself is great for the money. I will be exploring apps to help with proper mile count. Also the heart rate monitor is way off.

Answer:	Yes, my son-in-law is 6' and wears a size 13 shoe and he feels very comfortable on it. The walking surface is longer and wider than most machines. Hope this helps! I love mine and have not found any cons thus far!
Question:	Are the handlebars far enough apart for 400lb people? Or can the bars be shortened to make more room
Answer:	You should check to be sure the treadmill will support 400 lb. walking on it. It says somewhere in the information online. Look at the picture - your body doesn't have to be between the handlebars. There is room for you to hold further down on the handles and not fall off the end. Also, I am currently 200 lbs. and there is so much space between bars! The distance is 28" if you measure it.

Answer:	Approx 32-1/4 inches wide (front frame) by 55-1/2 inches long (front frame to back of frame) It makes a very good standing desk. Still using mine for that after months.
