Answer:	I measured it using an android level app at 1 degree, 1.5 degrees and 2 degrees. I had been logging the 1-degree measure as no incline, so it's good that this question inspired me to check.

Answer:	The assembly consists of 5 basic steps:1. Remove all parts from carton.2. Slide frame upright tubes onto base, connect console wire.3. Attach 2 frame upright tubes to base with bolts provided.4. Connect wire to console.5. Question:	At 4 mph, for 15 minutes that should be 1 mile. But the console shows only .8 mile. How accurate is the console
Answer:	Unfortunately it looks like the tracking of a mile is grossly inaccurate which is a bit disappointing. Running at 6.5 it took me almost 12 minutes to complete a mile as per the console. I know it takes time for the belt to speed up, but that is still way off IMO. The treadmill itself is great for the money. I will be exploring apps to help with proper mile count. Also the heart rate monitor is way off.

Answer:	The thing you must remember is everybody is buying exercise equipment now because of the pandemic. The demand is exceeding the supply, and it isntaking a little longer than normal. I noticed they listed more instock so you should have yours soon, if not already. Also, UPS is hammered now. They lost the first treadmill I tried to order.( Different brand) Hopefully you ordered thru Amazon.

Answer:	I was just on the phone with Amazon Customer Service to clarify the return policy before buying it and they said that a 12 month free retursn full refund if issues policy comes with the purchase. Question:	Can this be stored on it’s side? If you store it upright, does it need support to keep it upright or do you need to lean it against a wall
Answer:	You could store it on its side but there are no wheels to move it or slide it around on its side. I would imagine it would be difficult to do that. Yes it does need to lean against a wall when stored upright.
Question:	Can this be stored upright once folded flat
Answer:	Seems like it, and I hope so because I'm building a nook to store it vertically in. FYI, it' well built and not light so keep that in mind. I can move it easily, but I'm 6'3" and 190lbs. So far it has been a positive purchase and has worked very well.
Question:	Can you use it without the arms up? I want to put it under my desk to walk while working
Answer:	I think the treadmill will work when you turn it on, but the control panel is on the arm (the part that goes up) so it might be a problem to increase speed, pause etc. Best to get a treadmill that is specifically for under the desk. I have seen a few other Under Desk treadmill. What I do to transform mine into a desk treadmill is I put a shelf across the arms of the treadmill and put my laptop on it. It works perfectly. I got a basic shelf at Home Depot for under $10. I see Amazon sells desks that you can attach to the treadmill but the are pricey. Hope this helps.
