Answer:	I measured it using an android level app at 1 degree, 1.5 degrees and 2 degrees. I had been logging the 1-degree measure as no incline, so it's good that this question inspired me to check.

Answer:	The assembly consists of 5 basic steps:1. Remove all parts from carton.2. Slide frame upright tubes onto base, connect console wire.3. Attach 2 frame upright tubes to base with bolts provided.4. Connect wire to console.5. Attach console to frame upright tubes with bolts provided.It is relatively simple to put together, but we do suggest you have someone assist since the carton is heavy and so are a few of the main parts. Question:	At 4 mph, for 15 minutes that should be 1 mile. But the console shows only .8 mile. How accurate is the console
Answer:	Unfortunately it looks like the tracking of a mile is grossly inaccurate which is a bit disappointing. Running at 6.5 it took me almost 12 minutes to complete a mile as per the console. I know it takes time for the belt to speed up, but that is still way off IMO. The treadmill itself is great for the money. I will be exploring apps to help with proper mile count. Also the heart rate monitor is way off.

Answer:	I listen to books on CD's while I use it, and I don't need to turn the volume very loud at all. It's my first treadmill, so I have nothing to which to compare it, but it certainly seems quiet enough.

I ended up buying a $568 Nordic Trac from Sears. I weigh about 150 lbs and I used the treadmill regularly to stay in shape over the winter, and like you I'm a heavy flat footed runner however the treadmill should still be working. Again, don't waste your money. The treadmill is trash and the people at Sunny Health aren't helpful in the event that something happens to it
