Answer:	I measured it using an android level app at 1 degree, 1.5 degrees and 2 degrees. I had been logging the 1-degree measure as no incline, so it's good that this question inspired me to check.

Question:	At 4 mph, for 15 minutes that should be 1 mile. But the console shows only .8 mile. How accurate is the console
Answer:	Unfortunately it looks like the tracking of a mile is grossly inaccurate which is a bit disappointing. Running at 6.5 it took me almost 12 minutes to complete a mile as per the console. I know it takes time for the belt to speed up, but that is still way off IMO. The treadmill itself is great for the money. I will be exploring apps to help with proper mile count. Also the heart rate monitor is way off.

Answer:	This has a fixed incline. One previous reviewer put a 2x4 under the end to make it more level. However, I found the tread does not move as smoothly if you do that. The closer to the front you stand the slower it goes. The closer to the back you stand the faster it goes.

Answer:	It’s very small and easy to move. I’m over 60 and I found it difficult to use. I ended up buying a Nordic Track treadmill from Sears and they delivered and set it up in my bedroom on the second floor of my house.
Question:	What is the fixed incline on this machine
Answer:	The manufacturer says 13.5%. I found it to be much too high for me so I put 2x4 under the back end and it works better for me. That is not recommended by the manufacturer, it is just what I did.

Answer:	This one is wider (left right) size than mine (30). The depth is 19 1/4 and the height is 28 3/8.

Answer:	There is a protrusion that fixes the Smart Controller in position. You could cut about an inch of this protrusion off from the foam to fit the regular controller. You may also do the same for the two holes that fit the sticks. Even without doing any "surgery," you can still insert the regular controller into the Smart Controller slot and close the case cover properly. I did test this out and uses this case with my regular controller, although I switched to a Nanuk case for more space.

Answer:	I am not sure about the Horizon but I purchased this treadmill in April and have had multiple issues. #1 I received it with a non working incline motor. I contacted their terrible customer service about this and they said because I got the warranty they would send out a repairman to replace it. It took 2 months and a few times of me contacting them through chat, email and phone and I finally randomly received a replacement motor in the mail. However, I ended up having to figure out how to replace the motor myself (which was super hard to do) because they didn't send out a repairman. Issue #2 One of the metal pieces that is connected to the lower platform that makes the treadmill incline busted off. I contacted the chat and the agent ended up putting in a request for a replacement treadmill for me. Well that was over a month ago and have still heard nothing back. I've called and emailed them multiple times and was not able to get ahold of them since. I tried the chat and the agent said it's taking longer because of Corona. Really? Over a month and not even an email updating me of the situation? I actually just tried calling today and was on hold for over 40 minutes and ended up just hanging up. I've had this treadmill since April and it's been one headache after the next. I even paid for the premium extended full from head to tippy toe warranty and they are treating me like garbage. Overall, this treadmill can be good but it is cheaply made and the customer service massively SUCKS, BAD. I might try the Horizon treadmill if I were you. Just my opinion though. Oh, and avoid the iFit. Not worth the price. You do get a free year of it though.

Question:	I'm 377 do you think it would still hold me. I've been trying to find a trendmil I can afford and that can still hold me
Answer:	It is a very sturdy, well-built machine. I was as high as 300 lb and I never got the impression it was being stressed while I was using it. The metal step surfaces on either side of the track are very strong and I do not feel like they are about to bend when I step off the tread onto them. We have been using it for 16 months now and it is still working fine. So I don’t think you should worry about 377 pounds versus the specified maximum of 350. As long as you don’t abuse it you should be fine.

Answer:	I did not pay to have it assembled. It went together with no trouble and only took about 10 minutes to set it up. If possible, don't pay for assembly. It sure would not be worth $128!. Simple to put together.

Answer:	Mine came with the oil and instructions on where to put it and how often. If you did not get the oil, contact customer service and have them send you some. If nothing else, use regular machine oil.

Answer:	Not exactly. I put a card in the box with the long side on the bottom of the box and it extended about 1/4 inches above the top. So if you wanna use it as a file box you would need to trim the height of each card by 1/4 inch or lay the cards flat.

IF, you can access services such as, NETFLIX, from your TV remote, with no external devices, then YES the keyboard can work. BUT if you access NETFLIX from an external unit, like Roku, Fire Stick etc, then it would only work if connected to that device, if that device offers a USB connection and as they are small they may not. To explain this another way; the key strokes from our unit are only visible to the device it is plugged in to. Answer:	I've had this treadmill for a week now and have used it 5 out of 7 days. It's still a little early to determine if the build quality will hold up, but so far so good. This is a compact treadmill though and may not work for everyone. I'm 6'-1" tall and weigh 185lbs. I fit the width of the machine just fine, and the track is just long enough to accommodate my walking stride. I do have to focus on staying close to the front of the track while walking, if I drift back too far my back foot will definitely come off the track. My needs were simple when I bought this. I wanted a treadmill that was big enough to use, but not so large you needed a separate room for it. This is small enough and folds up compact enough that it stores in about 2' x 2' of floor space. It only weighs about 65lbs and its design makes it very easy to tip back on its wheels and move around the room, even over carpet. My initial plan was to use the treadmill to walk on when I can't get outside, but realistically it's much easier to use than going down to the park and walking, or out on our busy roads. I don't plan on running, but if I get to the point where that's something I really want to do, I'll make the investment in a much larger machine. But for now this will work for me. If your needs are similar to mine then I would definitely suggest buying this machine as it's one of the least expensive on the market with decent build quality. If you're looking to run and you're over 5' tall, I would suggest getting a bigger machine but make sure you have the space for it where you can set it up and use it without having to move it. Some of the bigger machines can weigh hundreds of pounds and are not easily moved. The biggest thing with a treadmill is, you have to use it. I wasn't sure if I would like walking on a treadmill and didn't want to have a huge cloths rack sitting around. I figured this is small enough and cheap enough that if I didn't use it, I haven't invested that much and I could just sell or give it away. But I'm happy to say I really enjoy using it, so for now I'm keeping it :D

Answer:	I use it daily. I walk 2-3 miles and have had no problems. The manual says the treadmill is good for walking, jogging, and running.
