Answer:	Our pedal stripped out of the crank after 3 uses as well. All while waiting 3 months to receive (understandable with Covid). My wife was in the middle of a work out and I heard a thud, rushing in to see what happened I see the pedal on the ground and my wife standing over top of it. She was lucky that she wasn’t seriously injured when the pedal threaded out. My wife then calls customer service and sits on hold for 3 hours. We did get connected to a man that was very nice and seemed to be helpful. He informed us he would get us a new part but then says it will be 3 months before we get the part and kindly offer a refund. Willing to give it another shot we told him to ship the parts and we would wait. We are now close to 3 months into waiting for the part and I receive an email stating the part is delayed for another month. I have very respectfully reached out on numerous occasions to now try to get a refund and there has been no response. Sorry, I don’t have another 3 hours to sit on hold waiting for someone to actually pick up. I will be returning this bike one way or another and taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend this product to anyone and based on others reviews it doesn’t seem like an isolate issue. Do your self a favor, spend the extra money and get a Peloton.

Answer:	I typically wear an 11.5 boot. I purchased a size 12 in these waiters and they are too big. My dad purchased a size 11 for himself and they fit me perfectly. I’ll be purchasing a size 11 because the 12s rub blisters on my feet after a long day wading.

Answer:	I don't know exactly but they are heavy. Too heavy to suit me. Turns out they are insulated and I do not like nor want insulated boots. Returning stuff is too much trouble for me or I would've sent them back.

Answer:	What everyone else has said is true. Your Ipad will be supported, but it will block the controls that show you your progress. For me, that is not an issue as I don't always like to know how much more time is left in my workout! Besides, at the end of your workout, you will get a "progress report" of how total time, distance, average HR and average RPM's during your exercise session.

Question:	How sturdy is it? Can you stand and pedal for extended periods of time
Answer:	While I don't stand on the bike for extended periods of time (5 mins off/on within a 30 min ride), this bike is really sturdy. I am 5'10" and weight 230lbs. From time to time I ensure the seat and handles are fully tightened as to avoid any negligence on my behalf.
Question:	How soon will it be assembled
Answer:	It took me about 1 hour. When I purchased the bike I received an email from the manufacturer suggesting that I watch a video of the assembly they have on YouTube. They had a link in their email for the video. I watched the video and I suggest you do the same. It cleared up the proper installation of the pedals. I then read through the instructions before i started. Laid out all the pieces to make sure I had everything.
Question:	Can I use the peloton app with this bike
Answer:	Absolutely. I just place my laptop on a table in front of the bike and connect to a bluetooth speaker. You cant compete on a leaderboard or use their metrics obviously, but you can do all the classes! I guess at resistance and I have found a weird conversion for their cadence numbers to our mph numbers. It seems to some extent that if I take their cadence, add 50, and move the mph decimal, it's roughly similar until you get to sprinting. IE, instructor says 75 cadence--->75+50=125--->12.5 mph roughly applies

Answer:	Assuming you have everything hooked up correctly, at 3.5 GPM, the MAX TEMP will be NO MORE THAN 55 degrees ABOVE THE TEMPERATURE OF THE INCOMING WATER. For example, if the incoming water temp is 50 degrees in the winter, then the max winter temp will be 105. In the summer, when the incoming water is 65 degrees, the max summer temp will be 120 degrees. This is the way ALL demand heaters work. Be SURE to check the TEMPERATURE RISE specification on ANY demand heater to know what it is truly capable of. If the TEMP RISE is specified at 3GPM, and you try to set it higher, it may CUT BACK THE FLOW RATE to achieve the higher temp, but it will NEVER exceed the TEMP RISE spec.

Question:	electrical connection needed
Answer:	The electric connection powers the screen for programs and monitoring. As well as the fan, and the plug if you want to connect your phone or iPad. The cord is long and can easily slide out of the way.
Question:	How long does it take to assemble
Answer:	I'm capable but not overly handy and it took me about an hour, maybe a little more. The heaviest part is the base. I just tore open the end of the box and then slid it out. To lift it would have taken two strong people. None of the other parts seemed heavy to me and I did put it together by myself. There were a couple of spots where having a second pair of hands would have helped. This was a matter of the benefit of having one person hold the piece in place while the other person did the screws rather than an issue with weight. The directions are VERY clear and all the screws and washers were shrink wrapped onto a cardboard that clearly identified them, which made the process much easier and faster too. The time involved has more to do with the number of screws and washers rather than needing to do anything complicated or confusing. My impression is that Schwinn put thought into making the assembly doable.

Answer:	Unfortunately the user manual does limit the wright to 300 pounds.
Question:	what does it mean 'magnetic'? is the adjustment for resistance electronic or manual
Answer:	The adjustments are automatic from the rider's point of view. Internally, in the front of the cycle, hidden beneath the plastic casing, is a large metal flywheel attached to the pedals. Surrounding the flywheel is a metal arc that holds a series of magnets. The closer this arc comes to the flywheel, the more magnetic "pull" you have to work against - and therefore, the harder you have to pedal. Internally, in a part of the cycle you never see unless it breaks (like ours did after 4 years of hard, every day use), is a steel cable that pulls the magnets away from the flywheel making it easier to pedal, or lets the magnets drop closer, making it harder. But again - from your point of view, the system is automatic. You can set a fixed resistance, or you can select a terrain with varying up and down "hills" of resistance. Even though little magnetic gnomes are busy inside the cycle doing physics, you don't have to think about them. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I have had this bike for nearly 2 years and use it more often than I go to the gym. The right pedal has started clicking midway through workouts (I'm on here researching how to fix it), but otherwise it is as solid as the day I put it together. Overall, I have been really pleased with the quality of this bike.

Answer:	my wife has a 24" inseam short legs she is 4'11" If I can order a second #8 on parts list that is the seat slider. I can modify the second one to fit her. The seat slider has a square tube that has a round "S" shaped rod welded to it. I would Modify the "S" rod by cutting it about 1" or so above the square tube or just about where the "S rod starts its first bend, by cutting the rod off there that would shorten the seat height by about 3" to 4" lower than stock and also move the seat height forward about 2" to 3" or so. I am only going by the pictures as I do not have one of these bikes yet for exact dimensions.
Question:	Do you think the indoor cycle trainer better than sf-b 901 pro indoor bike and why
Answer:	The issue with this bike is if you use it regularly like 3-4 times a week for 30-45 min each time, it will break in 6 months. There are consistent reviews from folks in the negative review section who talk specifically about the left crank and pedal coming loose. It’s a known issue that the company refuses to fix. I myself had this issue and emailed them within the warranty window. They did a go around with me for months, refusing to answer in a timely way, not helping me find info like the serial number and parts numbers that I apparently needed to submit etc even tho I asked multiple times for assistance, until the warranty window closed and then they make you pay for everything. So suggestion - go with another bike. This company is terrible

Answer:	I purchased a Coosh 700 memory foam cover and it fit fine however I still found the seat very uncomfortable for extended time. Purchased a Schwinn Ergonomic Adult no pressure seat and found it to be the answer!

Question:	Any recommendations for a different seat or seat pad? The one that came with the bike is a big painful
Answer:	Being a long time biker I would recommend biking shorts...i.e., with the padded bum. You will get used to the seat. We used to joke that over the winter your bike seat turns into a brick but softens up over time in the spring. Must be the cold! :)

Answer:	I don't use iFit at all. You can download Netflix/Amazon Prime and watch movies as you ride. Nelson Munoz has plenty of Youtube videos on how to do it. You can even enable the bluetooth for wireless earbuds that you can't do with the iFit app from the factory settings.

Question:	I am about 6'2" and had to return a similar bike because I could not raise the seat enough for my height. Is this bike's seat stable for tall people
Answer:	yes, the handlebars are a bit awkward though. At 6 ft I feel position is a little slumped over. It is really good for tall people except for the weight limit. You will also need to put on a rubber mat for hardwood floors as feet are plastic. Only thing is its a little awkward as seat is high. Bike is stable for how tall it is, center of mass is very low so if you are on stable, level floor w rubber mat you should be fine. You will probably have to grip the handlebars at higher intensity if your form is poor (eg twisting). I can pedal fine without holding handle bars at around 275 watts ss and need to grip handlebars when going above 325 watts. You should also get some silicone lubricant as its a bit squeaky when first assembled. After this thing is best bike I've owned. Also be aware weight limit is 240
Question:	Does it have replacement belts
Answer:	No, it does not come with replacement belts. I've had the bike about 1-2 months and use it almost every day. So far, it's been great and a very sturdy bike. Very easy to program and I actually like it more than the gym bikes.

Answer:	I think it's a good buy and I use it everyday. My husband put it together in just a few minutes. It's reasonably sturdy and quiet. I plug it in and get a good workout. I like it because you can sit upright and put your tablet on the display to distract yourself while the pre-set workouts vary the resistance. It's not too big, so it doesn't take up too much space.

Answer:	I' watching movie, listening to music or talking to my family while I'm pedaling and it doesn't distract me. And I asked my neighbor they said they can't hear any noise at all.

Question:	Is the console included
Answer:	You might find some seller somewhere that includes the console with the indoor bike but I couldn't find one. I assume they're trying to keep the cost down by not including the console but frankly, I wouldn't want to use the bike without the console. I purchased the bike and the console from different sellers. The bike arrived 4 days before the console did. I put the bike together and rode it for those 4 days before the console arrived. It's purely psychological as the console has no effect of the bike's performance but what a difference having the console made. (P.S. even after reading the instructions and putting the bike together I have no idea what "Morse Taper" means)
Question:	Do the pedals have spd clips? Is the bike preassembled? If I order the monitor, will that be attached
Answer:	Yes, comes standard with SPD and tie baskets. Bike comes mostly assembled right out of the box. Nothing mechanical needed, just slide in seat post, handlebar post, and attach pedals. No, consoles and accessories will need to be attached.
Question:	Are there adapters for my road bike spd for the indoor bike? don't want to remove sdp from shoes. want to use my road shoes straight into the pedals
Answer:	Yes, the pedals that come standard on the AC Performance Plus w/Carbon Blue cycle are SPD compatible. If your cleats are LOOK/Delta, you will need to purchase the Schwinn Triple Link Pedals - SDL (Morse Taper) to swap out the standard pedals included with the bike.
Question:	Do you need to grease the blue carbon belt? Mine is making a squeaking noise now
