Question:	Will this work with off road bikes
Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean by the exposed locknut? The main reason to use this skewer as opposed to the one that came with your bike is that cone shape of the heads fit securely into the Kurt Kinetic clamp on your stationary trainer. I was able to use the skewer that came with my bike (Navarro carbon fiber with SRAM Rival components) it just didn't seat as nicely. And I have no problem using the Kurt Kinetic skewer with my bike, the only issue is aesthetic in that the components are black and the Kurt skewer is chrome.

Answer:	Well this is a custom skewer for the Kurt Kinetic trainer. Your bike wheel may already have a skewer on the rear wheel for quick release. That skewer can be changed with this one by following their (Kurt Kinetic) directions so that the possibility of the bike slipping off of the Kurt Kinetic trainer is eliminated. Last thing you want is to be going 30 to 40 miles an hour on your stationary set up and the wheel slips off the trainer you could crash into objects in the home and break them and could suffer an injury.

Answer:	The Wahoo Fitness app only works with Wahoo trainers. If you do not want to use a subscription service, you can use our Saris Utility app for basic ERG control features or simply ride the trainer in default mode without it paired to any program. In that state it will provide a progressive resistance curve and you can still transmit the power data to a cycling hear unit to track your workout.

Answer:	Similar belts are available from Amazon, just make sure they are round and the appropriate length. Personally, I would take the fact that the rubber belt became useless as an indication of the quality of the product. I threw those rollers away and bought a different set.

Answer:	They're flat, but the product rollers do roll easier than say a TracX parabolic. I used a TracX and the parabolic doesn't help much. You have to get used to riding on rollers. I went off the rollers on TracX because of balance and the rollers didn't roll smooth as the Rock Bros Product. Also, if you weigh over 210lbs you need to use high pressure tires (115 psi or higher) to have a smooth workout.

Answer:	The noise depends on the tire. I have a mountain bike and the tread on the tire was loud. Changed it to a road tire and the noise problem was solved. For now, I am only using the bike indoors, so having a road tire on the bike is not an issue.

Answer:	I have this question too, and everyone seems to think they have the answer, but so far all I've seen is a lack of understanding of the different types of axles out there. Just so everyone is aware, NOT ALL bikes can use a QR (quick release) skewer. Many modern bikes can only use a threaded thru-axle. With past trainers, I've had good success using axles from the Robert Axle project and the Traxle from Kinetic. Many new bikes use hubs that are wider than they used to be. So Alpcour...can you please directly answer this question? : Can you use a bike with a 12x142 rear thru-axle with this stand? I understand that I will have to replace the axle on my bike. But the key question is if the dimensions are large enough to fit a bike with that axle width. Most trainers like this are NOT wide enough. Can you please clarify?

So either this bike trainer is a new or different Trainer then the one I have or it is a miss print in the ADD for it . I would ask the seller to confirm that indeed it does fit 26- 29 in. which is the tire size , has nothing to do with the brand name or make of the bike you are using .

Answer:	We use it for 2 electric bikes - both weigh about 50 lbs (48.6 & 51.5). So far, have been very pleased. Manufacturer would need to answer weight capacity.

Answer:	Probably. The stand has a very wide base in the tripod. Very difficult to tip over. You might have to move bike back and forth to get balance right. Question is...what bike weighs 46 pounds? I have an old 74 Schwinn steel frame that only comes in at 19 pounds with rack and panniers...I thought that was heavy

Answer:	It could be extended to 72" however there is a small indentation around the pole which I use as reference not to go beyond that point for safety. Extending to this mark it measures 67.5" which in my opinion is crazy high anyway, just my two cents.It's a great stand and very strudy for all my needs. Cable work, break adjustments, saddle work, stem, bars, levers... well you get it.

Answer:	When it was working for the whole 30 days it worked, yes! I believe it was worth the money. Once I finally get the new monitor in and I'm able to use it, it will be worth it again. The last few months of frustration were not. I am also to blame since because of the herniated discs in my back I was not able to pull it apart myself, I had to wait for help. Overall, I would say yes, but don't throw out the box!
