Question: How easy was this to assemble? Can it be done by one person? How long do you think it will take
Answer: I bought this several years ago and assembled it by myself. They even provide tools for assembly in case you don't have them. I don't recall how long it took or having any difficulty with assembly. Once assembled, it is pretty easy to move around due to the wheels and ability to fold up for a smaller footprint when not in use. It is a great piece of exercise equipment!
Question: Are the pedals removable like a regular bike? I have a disability and will need to add adaptive pedals with a leg brace
Answer: Each pedal is screwed on and can readily be installed or removed. "Adaptive" pedals will have to have a compatible thread or alternatively you might have to have the existing pedals modified appropriately.
Question: How sturdy is the puller
Answer: Puller? If you are referring to the rowing handle it is a foam gripper covered bar attached to a web tape that is attached to the magnetic flywheel...relatively sturdy under normal usage...I can't imagine a circumstance where it would break unless you took after the tape with a pair of scissors :)
Question: Is this bike ok for someone who is 5'1"? Also, I don't want the bike petals out too wide. Would tyhis be a comfortable bike for me
Answer: So I can't guarantee anything (because it probably depends not only on height but leg length as well) but I went down and measured things myself and had my 5'4" wife show me where she uses it. She feels most comfortable on the second to closest pin spot. The pin holes are 1" apart. She also likes to be right against the back of the seat, but if she reclines more, then she moves it back a little more. The seat is fairly large so it allows for a little wiggle room and one could easily put a pillow behind their back for additional comfort. However, with it being this close, I would recommend finding one and trying it out first. It has been years since I bought mine and I still love it, so if it works for you, it should be a great addition to your home gym.As far as width, the center apparatus is about 6" wide and I measured the center of one pedal to the other and it looks to be about 11". Hope that helps!

Question: Is there a difference between the stamina strider and eliptical
Answer: These are both strider/ellipticals. The difference is that this unit comes with the upper body workout cords and the other one does not. If you want the upper body cords, please note they cannot be added later to the other models. You would need purchase the unit that comes with them.
Question: How is this machine different from the $90 model
Answer: I saw there were three different prices, with upper body resistance cords. I chose the middle, $139.00. I am happy with it, and that is what counts. It is SO STURDY, very QUIET, and gives you a REALLY GOOD WORKOUT. In fact, I like it much better than our full-sized elliptical, when our full-sized was working.Not sure about the other priced, and maybe there isn't a difference; but, we are very satisfied with the one we have, if that helps you make your decision :) HAPPY FITNESS !!!OH, and I WOULD NOT get one without the upper resistance cords. The cords DO help with balance, as well as giving your arms a GREAT workout.
Question: Is it loud
Answer: Mine started to squeak and sounded like it was coming from where the arm meets the the foot paddle. But I lifted the wheel and found it was actually coming fronm the wheel. I cleaned the wheels but letting it run on some envelopes to clean it. Now sound is gone and runs perfectly smooth and soundless again as normal. Still scratching my head as to how it sounded like it was from the arm. But all good now no oiling needed. Just clean the wheels. No more squeaking! Had it for a few weeks now using it everyday.
