Question:	Can this beam be used outside
Answer:	In floor mode, two non-slip brackets need to be installed so that they can secure the beam
Question:	Is the beam foam or wood
Answer:	Neither did I - it's pretty straight-forward though. The pictures on Amazon show how to orient the tall/vertical posts so the holes for the pins are facing out (towards each end of the beam). The bolts are all the same to secure the smaller posts (that go inside the larger posts) to the beam and the larger vertical posts to the horizontal bars - use a socket wrench (or an open ended wrench) to secure them tightly. Then screw a pin assembly into the hole on each larger vertical post (you should be able to pull the pin out and have it "snap" back in). Finally, with the beam upside down, slide each larger vertical post over the smaller one and pull the pin out to allow it to slide to the lowest/shortest setting. Do the same on the other side and then flip it over to test it out!

Answer:	I am not sure. I have not reached my purchase yet. 😔 My daughter is 120 lbs. However, the FBSports website may have the specifications on their site or at least a representative to speak with. Sorry, wish I could be more helpful.

Answer:	The bottom of the beam has a non slip rubber base. Have used it on carpet and laminate flooring. As far as laminate flooring it has not scratched the surface of the laminate.

Answer:	Yes! It’s squishy and soft.
Question:	can you do a kartweel on it whithout moving
Answer:	My 10 year old daughter does cartwheels and back walkovers on it all the time and it stays put on the ground.
Question:	Can you do a backhandspring on it
Answer:	It depends on your size. So my littles ones i teach do fine on it. But if I or my high school helper steps on it the other end lifts up and can shift. So I'd be worried that the force of your push off backwards could move it and then the beam wouldn't be were its needs to be to land your hands. You probaby need something with more weight to it. I think its great for practicing handstands and walk overs.
