Answer:	Yes. You can practice near a wall for "training wheels" or on carpet to slow down the roller. Either way the most important physical demands using the board is core strength and ankle/foot flexibility.
Question:	Does this have a get bottom
Answer:	You don't have to sew these in. The Velcro can be under and over you bra strap. I prefer placing the Velcro under the bra strap. It stays in place that way. If using on a blouse or dress it works better if you attach them directly to the garments.

Answer:	It only wobbles left to right, not front to back. It's very comfortable and a nice addition to my home office. Adding front to back would definitely increase your core use, would be awesome if that was an option.

Answer:	No, the bottom is rounded hard plastic and is silent on carpet. Well built.
Question:	Can you use it on carpeted surfaces
Answer:	BASE+'s main point of contact (the center) is covered with a rubber skid- and mark-resistant coating. The corners have similar "tabs" to help prevent marking. In general, it does not scratch most surfaces; however, please check it carefully before use as a mat is certainly the safest way to ensure non-marking on your valuable floors.
