While this product is great for the quick weight loss in water weight, it will not help you anymore than any other product in losing body fat. The human body doesn't work like that. It doesn't move loosen at all. As for seeing the sweat, you are definitely going to see some. I rarely would sweat at the gym now it's like a waterfall when I take the belt off. Sometimes you can see the sweat through my shirt as it trickles down from the belt.
