BUT, in all honesty, you cannot do anything in this shaper. It is unbelievably restricting and I only wore mine for a week. I have since switched to one of the light fabric ones with the steel boning and I'm much happier. I can actually go for a long walk wearing it and not feel like I'm suffocating.
