Answer:	Make sure the steel cable between the two is on the "track" and adjust the knob under the foot rests - it may need to be tighter, if too tight, you can hardly make it work. Took me a couple of tries to get it right - go to the "+" side first. Hope this helps.

Answer:	I had the same problem. Make sure that when you play with the cable to get it correctly on the wheel, one pedal is up while the other is down. Try moving the pedals with your hands, one pedal up as the other is down, until the cable is correctly attached

Answer:	I tried it - I guess it depends on height of the chair. Sitting in dining room I found it somewhat awkward but it is doable. If my chair was a little higher it might have been better

Answer:	I just gave my DB machine to my cousin. I like this product better because it has more going for it. I like the upper body component. DB Method does not have that. It is strictly lower body. Also, with this machine you can intensify your workout with the resistance bands. There are no resistance features on the DB Method. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I see no information stating this is a 16"x16" step. They are made and so are 12 x 12's. But clearly in the title and bullet points and throughout the information page it clearly states this is a 31" x 4" base with two additional sets of risers at 2" each so a total of 8 inches high if all four risers are used. I suspect you searched for a 16x16 inch and this came up. Amazons search engines are one of the worst in the market. Years ago over 15 they were pretty good but today they ignore specifics and just throw in everything and anything. Sometimes not even related to the specific's at all. That's the only thing I can figure why you asked this question because there is no advertisement at all that gives the size you are talking about.

Answer:	No. The leg supports fall off whether they are attached to to bottom or the sides. I think it would probably float. I would not recommend this product because one of the leg supports cracked the first time I tried to put it on.

Answer:	need to check with manufacturer -- there are already 4 movable risers built into the unit - two for each side - anymore might prove volatile.

Answer:	There are a set of 4 ( 2 for each side ) blocks underneath the base that you can attach to the bottom to make the stepper up to 8 inches high. They did not want to fit well or stay on. After trying gently to attach them and changing sides with the attachments , I had to force one side to connect and it cracked and broke. It is being held on with packing tape. If I want to move the stepper it wants to fall off. I would really not recommend this product.

Answer:	Thank you for your interest in Danco products and for your inquiry. Our Danco product number, 34814, would be the pivot seat and gasket for ball rod assemblies.
Question:	What is its maximum load bearing capacity
Answer:	This is the pivot for the pop-up drain in a standard sink. These are found a few inches below the underside of the sink in a bathroom. Older ones used to be made of solid brass and would last a lifetime in the wet and corrosive environment of the sink drain. Newer ones tend to be brass or chrome plated and they corrode within a few years of use. The Danco we are discussing is made out of solid plastic where it is exposed to water, and then has a solid brass rod that threads into the plastic ball---this arrangement should be essentially corrosion free and last a lifetime. The kit comes with several sizes of plastic ball with plastic finger so it fits nearly all sink pop-up configurations. You select the ball that matches the corroded or broken pop-up pivot that is being replaced in your bathroom sink.

Answer:	No trouble with it tearing and it has been holding up very well under the elliptical
Question:	Will a treadmill fit on it? It doesn't say anything about being used for treadmills
Answer:	I use this mat under my elliptical and an exercise bike and both fit quite well. It can be used for the treadmill but I'd take some measurements just to be sure. My elliptical is a beast and it fits but it doesn't hurt to double check.
