| Answer: | I am not sure if this helps you. My hand span if you put your thumb and fingers together is approximately 4 inches across and I ordered a medium. My wrist area is about 2 1/2 inches across. They fit good the only thing I would say is the velcro part is almost to big. I have to pull it all the way to the end. I have two pairs of these gloves and have thought they were really nice quality. If you hand is any smaller than mine I would size down to a small. If you hand is larger I have room for about another half inch before I would size up. Hope this helps |

So, if you wear a regular medium, the Small Nike gloves will fit, although a bit snug. |

Keep in mind that these gloves are made slightly small as the lycra on top will stretch to fit like leggings, this helps keep the glove in place and prevents the glove from sliding around. We use a thin lycra (unlike leggings) since your hands have very thin skin on top, its an area where your body releases heat, so in order to minimize sweat, we need a thin material that will help to vent the heat rather than trap it.
