Answer:	I only had them a couple weeks. Theyre comfy yet sturdy and So far they're holding up to daily use pretty good, i like em. The web page has washing instructions. Question:	Do they work well for weight lifting in outside cold weather
Answer:	They're wonderful for weights, and seems reasonable that it would work for gym bars; however, my only concern is finding a suitable size for a child's hand. It all depends on what the company offers, and the size of the child's hand.
