You will need to eat extremely clean (zero fast carbohydrates). If you are looking to build massive muscles, you will need a very disciplined diet and exercise program. I would recommend barbell exercises for maximizing muscle growth (you might check out Barbell Stack 52), but diet and rest will also be crucial. You can get very fit with bodyweight exercises, and if you eat a healthy diet, you be proud of your body and will be healthy. Stack 52 is not "magic" but it does make exercise a lot more fun so it's easy to exercise regularly. If you exercise regularly and eat a clean diet, you'll be pretty happy with your body.

Answer: Hi Mary,The cards do not go into this type of detail and definitely can't replace a doctor or therapist, but there are a lot of different stretches. Some will probably not be good for you, but you will probably find many that are. For example, I have always had very tight hamstrings. We have 8 different stretches for hamstrings; about 1/2 of them help me.Thanks!Kurt

Answer: So these are new, not the ones I bought. They look huge. The ones I have are normal playing card size. I like the regular size because I fit them in plastic baseball card sheets and put them in a binder
