Answer: Some of her videos require sliders. I’ve also used a yoga mat in all of them but of course you can use a towel.

Answer: No , I did not feel that way at all. Most CD’s are 30 minutes long and start promptly after warning statement . Shakeology nutrition is mentioned I so e of the CD’s but it is breif. 1 CD is 45 minutes long and I think she talks about nutrition during the cool down. It’s not a hard sale . I’m enjoying the workouts!

Answer: I find this program fun but I have done all P90X programs, T25 and to be honest while this is fun I found I loss muscle tone. I am not sure why maybe it's the diet and compared to the other programs for me this may have not worked with my body. I did enjoy it but I need to tone back up. I think it's great workout for a change but for some reason I lost muscle tone in my body.

Answer: are you currently doing a program? how active are you? Piyo isn't like any other program. If your used to crazy cardio, running. this isn't that. if your used to yoga, this isn't that. If your used to lifting weights at the gym....this isn't that. Even bodyweight exercises like insanity don't provide what Piyo does. Thats whats so great about piyo. I have been taking piyo live classes for about a year. I became a certified instructor a few months ago because I love this format. Its great for beginners because its low impact and really takes you through the moves and modifications and has great progression. If you are more active, this may seem slow the first few weeks. (20 minute workouts) the reason for this, is because most people don't have the wrist and joint strength to be in these positions for longer... You still get a great workout, work on flexibility, range of motion, strengthens you from the inside out so you REALLY have to give it the full 60 days before you can see any outside transformation. This is a TOTAL BODY wellness program. If you are looking for increased wrist strength, upper body strength with defined sexy shoulders and arms, without having to go to gym and lift heavy, this is a great addition to your regimen. Question: Base kit vs t25 vs max30 - which one would be best for a busy college student looking to lose weight fast
Answer: T 25 is hard but, it is do able. I sometimes felt I wasn't getting enough out of t25 only because it was 25 min. Max 30 is difficult all around but they have a modifier. Actually both have a modifier. T25 I would consider for beginners and max 30 is more for intermediate and advanced. It is up to you based on what type of work you want. I have tried both I like max 30 because I saw results faster and he made it fun. T25 i saw results but not as fast. If your new to working out t25 so you can build up to max 30. If you have been working out I would go for max 30.
Question: Hopefully i can get answer ASAP but im not a person that works our and isnt all too fit. I want to know if this program is for me
Answer: This workout is perfect for you I did insanity about five years ago I was 250 pounds and had never worked out once in my life following the workout plan and eating a healthy diet I managed to drop 50 pounds within six months so any exercise is good for you you may not be able to max out in the beginning but I guarantee you with commitment you well at the end good luck
Question: If the point of this intense program is to Max out... what happens when I get exhausted 5 minutes into it and max out? What then? Stop for that day
Answer: No. You stop, get some water, catch your breath and come back to it. Even if u have to stop every 5 min, the point is eventually U will make it to 10 and then 15 and so on...hope this helps.
Question: What is the difference between the Insanity Max 30 and T
Answer: Insanity Max is t25 times 100. T25 is intense but no where near as intense as Insanity Max 30. The goal of t25 is to nail the entire workout where insanity max is to "max" out early on and then continue to workout. The goal at the end is to make it through the entire workout without maxing out. If you are a newcomer to Shaun T or to fitness, I would recommend T25 or regular insanity before venturing to insanity max. I did t25 after I gave birth and lost 26 lbs on it. Now I'm on to insanity max after finishing all levels of t25 and doing insanity. Good luck!
