Answer:	Product does not slip for me. I have it on hardwood floors but have yet to try it as an exercise mat. Right now I have only used it for out treadmill.

Answer:	Yes. My carpet hasn’t vibrated at all with this mat under the treadmill.

Answer:	I recently really upped my incline for the whole run and haven't noticed any issues with the mat bunching. Maybe a small amount but nothing major and no ripping at all. It would take a lot to rip this mat. I researched mats thoroughly and this seemed the best quality and best deal. It's thick but not too thick and just right size for my treadmill. I've heard the really thick ones create too much bounce on the treadmill.

Answer:	I use mine on a berber low pile type carpet and it works fine. Actually I bought the mat specificly to be used on top of carpet for better stability and eliminating "dents" in the carpet.

Answer:	No trouble with it tearing and it has been holding up very well under the elliptical

Answer:	I use this mat under my elliptical and an exercise bike and both fit quite well. It can be used for the treadmill but I'd take some measurements just to be sure. My elliptical is a beast and it fits but it doesn't hurt to double check.

Answer:	I have the 1/2" gray and 1/2" black...textured 1 side only.

Answer:	Ok, this is going to involve math. :) The tiles are two feet by two feet. That's 4 square feet, so take the number of square feet in the package, and divide by 4. The 96 square feet package, for example, is 96/4=24. Thus, there are 24 tiles in the 96 square foot package. Measure the length and width of your room. If you don't want to cut a tile, round the length *down* to the nearest two feet. If your room is 13 feet 7 inches, round down to 12 feet. Then, since each tile is two feet square, divide that by two. You'll be able to fit up to six tiles along that 13 foot 7 inch wall without cutting anything. Do the same for the other wall. If you can fit six tiles along one wall, and four tiles along the other, you can fit up to 24 tiles in the room without cutting. If you instead want to cut the edges off of some tiles and go full wall-to-wall, round *up* to the nearest even number instead. So, that 13 foot 7 wall would round up to 14 instead. The rest of the procedure is identical with the dividing by two, measuring the other wall, etc.

Answer:	The mat is completely a texture rubber on both sides ~ great for no slipping!

Answer:	It's fine. I stopped using it after it wasn't durable enough to withstand the dumbbells I was using. Otherwise it's great for yoga and stuff like that. No discoloration on the floors.

Answer:	I’m using it for a recumbent bike, and would think it would work just as well for a treadmill. Some treadmills are longer than others, so you’ll have to measure your treadmill to see if it fits. The mat is approximately 2.5 ft x 6 ft.

Answer:	This mat was placed on a carpet and pretty much stays in place. You might want to use a small strip of double sided tape.

Answer:	No one from the sellers has answered this. It seems that all of these rubber an PVC mats will stain the Laminate and wood floors. Everything I researched from the floor manufacturers say do not put these mats directly on these kind of floors. I wish someone would make a mat suitable. No one claims that they are safe and guaranty non staining.
