Answer:	Mine does not slide around, but I am mostly doing exercises while lying on it. I have a wood-look vinyl floor. So I do not think it would slide but you could put something under it like the non-skid stuff for carpets. The mat is just wide enough to lie down comfortably like a yoga mat.

Answer:	I just bought this set and the file cabinet can be put off separately. It ships and is built as it's own piece and then the top of the file cabinet is screwed into the desk to anchor it. Personally I think it's great attached under the desk, and I moved the PC base out from under the desk for extra space. Hope this helps.

Answer:	For me, it fits very well not loose or flimsy at all. It has protected my phone over the years. The hybrid case is like a hard but flexible plastic. The clear on my 5s did yellow a bit after long usage. Not sure about the 7+ case. If it matters, the case goes on sale once in a while. Hope that helps.

Answer:	Have never experienced that with eith of my last 2 phones in these cases. Only thing I recommend (if you keep your phone in your pocket, would be to take it out of the case every so often (month) and clean off any dust that may have worked its way in between phone and case.
