Question:	why the 19 pcs don't have the anywhere anchor
Answer:	I have problems in both my elbows (minor 'tennis elbow') and strains in both rotator cuffs ... my physio always gave me the lightest bands; the idea being to do the series physio exercises several times daily. Consequently, I purchased the pack containing yellow, red and green; and started with the lightest band (the yellow). Yes, using light resistance can seem almost useless and frustratingly ridiculous ... but keeping at it, the light bands have resolved my issues. If I were going to build muscle mass and had no joint issues, I would probably start with the band that gave the usual muscle fatigue after three sets of exercise.

Answer:	Hi, to the best of my knowledge, the purple band is 25-30 lb, the navy band is 30-35 lb and the brown band is 35 -40lb.

Answer:	In the instructions page included with the set, it shows about 25-35 pounds for each band. I double stack them, so it is the equivalent of 50-65 pounds. I started using these because free weights were hurting my neck and they work very well.

Answer:	Depends on amount of weight you're pulling up. The bands, combined, only offer 80lbs of resistance. So, I guess if you weigh 160 or less, and usually do pull ups with both hands on the bar, then the resistance bands might be an alternative.

Answer:	Doesn’t matter if you are a plus size or a petite size. Ropes are rubber so they stretch. If you have never lifted weights this is a great set to begin a weight lifting regimen. Great for traveling!! Easy to pack and lightweight.

Answer:	The bands are 42", total of 44" if you measure to the end of the hooks where you snap on the handles.

Answer:	It is not a hook. It is a strap with a small ball on the inside of one end- this goes on the opposite side of the door you are on. The strap is held between the door and the door frame- with the door closed. The other side has a loop which is where you attach the bands.

Answer:	It has not damaged my door in any way. It is an elastic band so if you stretch it and let go it will snap and hit the door but the anchor does no damage. It wedges in the gap so make sure there is a little room for the door to close with it installed.

Answer:	I just looked it up on their website and unlike theraband, blue is the strongest band. Yellow (5-10 lbs), Red (15-20 lbs), Green (20-25 lbs), Black (25-30 lbs), and Blue (30-45 lbs).
