Answer: | Double loop the band and hook both ends onto one handle and slip one foot through the loop created of the elastic band. Now step on the floor and the band is now approximately half its original length and double the resistance (cause you have 2 ends and a shorter amount to work with). |

It will take a while to get creative with how to use the bands, and if you are pretty strong you will have to use multiple bands, but it is still a great option. I like to focus on both the concentric and eccentric movements, as well as holding the pull to tighten the muscle. If done right, you will get a good workout with results. |

Slowly pull the band to bring the door anchor up tight against the door.
