User questions & answers
Question: | What is the length of the blue thera band (blue), extra heavy |
Answer: | Yes, I would think so |
Question: | Are these smooth or rough? Will it "stick" to itself |
Answer: | There is a top layer of rubber that is pressed together when zipped to minimize water splashes from the side. There is no seal for the center flap opening. Covering the flap with a towel is more than enough to help. Best to keep water level to a minimum when transporting. |
Question: | how long is the band |
Answer: | The size of the bucket is roughly 20x11.5x10 inches, giving it a maximum capacity of 9.5 gallons if full. |
Question: | What is the measurement of the width |
Answer: | You shouldnt have any issues with leaking. It is made to hold water. Just do not fill it up too much on the drive back and you can just pop a towel over the middle opening to further prevent any tiny splashes that may occur depending on the drive. |

User questions & answers
Question: | How do resistance bands/tubes compare to free weights |
Answer: | The bait itself is mainly for perch and catfish to immediate the scent of a bluegill however, we can't say that it WOULDNT catch blue gill because there is always a possibility. |
Question: | How do i know if i need the latex-free bands or not? and does the resistance of theraband latex free bands match theraband latex bands |
Answer: | I use mine for my pinfish trap, what I did was cut it into slices, then bag them individually, then threw them in my pinfish trap, think I cut about 6 slices from it. |
Question: | Can I use multiple pieces of bands/tubes to increase the resistance of an exercise |
Answer: | My use is saltwater, a 1.5" slice seems to last @ 36 hours. I drop the trap in the evening of day1, then pull it in the early morning of day 2. A few residual morsels are usually visible and, hopefully a bevy of Pinfish and a few Grunts. I have no idea what Freshwater bait duration may be. Occasionally I find a few crabs or a small octopus in the trap. |
Question: | I recently bought this, but what are some exercises I can do with this |
Answer: | It's too soft. Maybe if you froze it. |

User questions & answers
Question: | Can I use multiple pieces of bands/tubes to increase the resistance of an exercise |
Answer: | The further out you are (the more tension there is) the more resistance you feel. I think it's best to just "feel it" and to be honest about what level is challenging. |
Question: | How do i know if i need the latex-free bands or not? and does the resistance of theraband latex free bands match theraband latex bands |
Answer: | Technically you can combine the two different brands of bands. But due to the Black mountain bands being much shorter the Bodylastics band/ or bands wouldn't even come in to play till mid way the extended part of the stretch. I also want to mention, 30 Lbs from Bodylastics is much heavier and stronger than it sounds. Besides you can either A just get another Bodylastics band to combine with the 30 lb band. Or B get the Black Mountain Atomic band which is rated at 70 lbs (according to their standards) which due to its thickness and shortness makes it very difficult to stretch to full extension for many exercises. |
Question: | How do resistance bands/tubes compare to free weights |
Answer: | I returned this item because the rings were too thick for the bands I already had so I don't think it came with any. I'm not 100% sure since I ordered it a while ago. |
Question: | what are some exercises I can do with these bands and where can I find more exercises |
Answer: | I think the anywhere anchor is the door anchor. It only came with the 4 pieces that I remember |

User questions & answers
Question: | Am I buying just one band or the set? I keep reading "bands" but the reviews say "band |
Answer: | Hi Alexis,Thanks for your question. Our BetterGrip yoga mats are 1/4", or 6mm thick, which provides a nice amount of cushioning. We believe your spine, elbows (and knees) will feel very comfortable and supported while using our mat.Let us know if you have any other questions. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at Clever Yoga :)Stephanie MillerClever Yoga |
Question: | how wide is this |
Answer: | Hi Yeltom, Thanks for your question. The BetterGrip yoga mat is reversible. The side that has the Clever Yoga logo can be use as the “top” side of the mat, while other folks like to use the squiggly dot surface as the top. We recommend experimenting with which side you feel more comfortable as the top/bottom Hope that helps. Let us know if you have any additional questions. Warm Regards, Ellie's Customer Service Team |
Question: | What is the length of this product? The initial description says "5 feet" but the product specifications say "6 inches" for length. Please clarify |
Answer: | I fold the mat in half then roll it. the inside never touches the outside or floor side. |
Question: | How do you get rid of the powder and the god awful smell |
Answer: | Hi Sarah,Thank you for your question. Our better yoga mat is is made out of TPE material which gives a little bit of stretch and it will stay firm on the floor. We have a special Namaste warranty on all of our products so if you are not happy we will definately take care of you.Cheers,Ellie's Customer Service Team |
