Answer:	Depends on how fast you pump and how firm you want it to be. The pump works in both directions, so it's pretty efficient. It took me around 7 minutes to get the pressure I wanted.

Answer:	It comes with a baloon-type hand pump, but I used the compressor function on our car battery jumping machine. The correct nozzle is included but overfill until you have practiced inserting the plug without losing too much air.

Answer:	You unscrew the bottom of the handle and pull the cord through to the height you need. You can cut the cord and put the stopper back on or I just shoved the left over cord into the handle in case someone taller than me ever wanted to use it and screwed the bottom piece back on.
