Answer:	No, its less than 1/2" thick...barely 3/8"

Answer:	I put the ribbed side down ...thought it gave more traction that way but it never slides around on me anyway.

Answer:	It's a nice squishy foam, but it smells terribly like fish. I bought mine several months ago and it's still stinky. :( if it didn't smell bad, it would be great.

Answer:	It's about 3/8" thick, it is not 1/2" as claimed...rather disappointing

Answer:	I do not know my machine is HEM-7200Z, try comparing the connector on the machine to the one on the cuff. Hope this help.

Question:	How long does it take to inflate the ball
Answer:	Depends on how fast you pump and how firm you want it to be. The pump works in both directions, so it's pretty efficient. It took me around 7 minutes to get the pressure I wanted.
Question:	Does it come with a pump
Answer:	It comes with a baloon-type hand pump, but I used the compressor function on our car battery jumping machine. The correct nozzle is included but overfill until you have practiced inserting the plug without losing too much air.

Question:	What size should I get if I am
Answer:	I am 5'5 and I weigh 190 pounds with lots of muscle mass and have proportionate measurements for my height. I am happy with the 55cm size and feel it is perfect for me. I like the black donut tube this sits on and find the resistance bands that attach to the tube useful. Just adding this response for another perspective.

Question:	can you put weight on it? Currently we use a rolled up towel on our side when laying on the floor to relieve pressure on our sciatic nerve
Answer:	Yes, I do. I use one at my gym between my knees and when I do core training. I have MS and I do it to relieve tension. It's very sturdy.
Question:	Can it bounce
Answer:	It is not intended to bounce, but used for Pilates, Yoga and physical therapy. It does have a light bounce depending on how inflated the ball is.
Question:	For the size on this ball it says 9 inches....is that circumference? diameter? height off floor? Most exercise balls list their size in centimeters
Answer:	All ball sizes reflect the diameter dimension. The ball would also be considered having a 23 cm diameter.
Question:	Mine didn’t come with a pump. Is that normal
Answer:	It doesn't come with a pump...it comes with a couple of straws that you use to inflate it with; it's easy to blow up. I made an error in my first review, which I corrected later...confused this ball with another small one I already had that DID come with a small pump. Hope this helps clear things up...I apologize for the confusion my first review caused!
