Answer:	I find the waist band on these shorts very comfortable. There is a small elastic strip that runs along the top to keep them up. Unlike Nike pro shorts, the top band doesn’t fold down on me. They are also thicker then the Nike pro. I wear these comfortably under sweats going to and from the gym. The only thing is that hey will creep up slightly but that is expected with these types of shorts.
