I'm a fairly fit guy, workout with weights 3 days a week, and cycle about 700 miles a year at > 13mph average and this shirt squeezes and shows the small bit of fat I have on my midsection. All that said, I fully agree with Icarus. Take pride in the fact that you're making an effort to change yourself for the better. That's more than most ever do. |

| Answer: | Because I'm too lazy to look up the instructions or do even the most basic fabric care (I once washed a bunch of expensive silk ties in the wash instead of hand washing, kinda regret that choice; but they're alright and I'll never repeat THAT stunt again...lol), I easily got by tossing them in warm on an extended heavy cycle with my other stuff like socks and uniforms and they always came out looking better than any other article of clothing I own and probably why I speak so highly of this product in general because they tolerate my laziness in the laundry room (yes, they also get thrown in the dryer with my other clothing items and nothing bad or noticeable has come from this practice)...Afterwards I roll em' up to conserve space and they probably take anywhere between 1/6th to 1/8th the room of a normal shirt if I rolled up any normal shirt the same way that I do with shirts with no logo or positive message to spread to my surroundings...Very durable, forgiving, and practical if you work in hot conditions...I can see where people would have a problem with how uncomfortable they are (I felt the same way); but I appreciate the benefits of this item more than I do at how uncomfortable they are if I was lounging watching television or playing video games... |

| Answer: | Not that i am aware of a size chart but they run the same sizes as regular shirts I were a small in shirt and a small fit me perfect remember these shirts are met to fit very tight i like that you may not. but they keep you cool that's for sure I have gone on a few 10 and 20 mile hikes in 90+ temps and was not sweating so i would say they work well!! they stand up to a lot of abuse to I have use it as a work shirt a few time as well they hold up. |

| Answer: | I went off waist size (31") which is a medium according to UA size chart. I'm 5'10" 165. If you're over 32" then go with a large. Also consider chest size. I'm at the top end of the medium range, just a touch over 40", but the medium size still fits me very well. Just remember this is a compression fit. It is supposed to be second skin tight, but not restrictive. I wear mine as a base layer for cycling and running and have no problems moving. |
