Answer:	I ordered 2 large compression shirts and both extended past my waistline. I'm 5'9 and around 180-190 lbs. And both shirts still fitted a lil too loose. I reordered 2 mediums and waiting for delivery. If the shirts come too small, I will be requesting A FULL refund. So I suggest ppl order a smaller size than their actual shirt size.... In some cases, two sizes smaller.

Answer:	Depends on how muscular/ thick your legs are, talking about glutes, thighs and calves. I'm 6'1", 36 inch waist with an athletic build and ordered the xl which work great but I usually buy size large in most other brands. As others have stated order one size up from what you normally wear.

Answer:	No, more for tighter fit for recovery after exercise. Worn during and after, if you haven't sweated through them. Not warmer, for me its snug and cooler in cold weather. Like spandex. I wear them under pants.
Question:	I'm 5'5 and waist 30, should I get a small
Answer:	5'7 and 28-30 waist, and small is fine for me, but I'm used to compression clothing. I'll add that it's a tough call between these and unpadded cycling tights for same price, found elsewhere. These more naturally replace underwear, but the tights feel better as leggings.
Question:	Can I use these for going to the beach and diving
Answer:	I am a PADI Rescue Diver, and yes, you could wear these at the beach and/or diving. They are not going to keep you warm like a wetsuit will, but I have worn similar rash guard/polypropylene gear in appropriate (warm) waters. More for sun protection than dive warmth.
