Answer:	You first need to look up the specifications of your generator. You should be able to find information on how many amps it will take to start the motor. Then you can find a battery that provides that amount of amps or more. What you are looking for is cold crank amps or CCA. If this thing will turn over a V8 I don’t see why it wouldn’t start your generator. But you should still check the amps to be sure.

My threaded bolt with wing nut sticks up 1” above battery top making MY total height about 9 1/4”. I’m sure if using their bolts, they will not be that high!! (What I did: Bought new SS bolts that were a little longer than what the batter comes with but same metric diameter and threads. Cut the head and some of the length of bolt off leaving remaining threaded pc long enough to go the full depth of threaded hole in battery plus about 3/4” more that will stick up above battery to put wing nuts on. Answer:	Well, I've had the Kuzy for about a year, and it still looks perfect, just like the day I installed it. The only cons would be that the color/tone doesn't fit exactly the aluminum of the mbp, it is a bit brighter and darker, but once you get used to it you won't even notice it's there. The reason i didn't buy the moshi was the moshi brand on the bottom, although it seems to match better the color of the mbp. Anyway i would recommend the Kuzy.

So, no easy answer, but it will be noticeably longer than the 12 and 6 hour baloney people are posting.

Answer:	Assuming you intend to use an Inverter to convert 12V DC current provided by the batteries into 115V AC current, a 2000 Watt load would equate to about 16.7 Amps at 115v; this is roughly equal to 166 DC amps. To even pull that much current, you would likely need 6 to 8 of these batteries, at the bare minimum. Each hour that you plan on putting a full 2000 watt load on the batteries will require 166 amps; to preserve the longevity of your batteries, you should really only use about half of their rated capacity every cycle; so around 50 AH; so to run a load that large for ONE hour, you would need three of these batteries. Multiply three by X, where X is the number of hours you need to run the load for; that is the base number of these batteries you will need. You should also consider the cabling you will require to hook these batteries up, which for a load that large must be either 1/0 or 3/0 AWG. For such a large load, you would probably do better to buy some large 250 - 300+ amp hour flooded lead acid batteries in a quantity that would be appropriate.

Answer:	If you're looking at the Amazon page, it shows several diagrams of the box with dimensions. It clearly shows that it will fit your location. I also have 8" rails and my smaller group 24 battery (that I've upgraded) fits. Ignore the people who said it's 9" wide. That may suggest it won't fit. If you look at the product drawings, it clearly WILL fit. The overall case width is shown as 10", but that's the max width of the top. The bottom is shown as 7.4" and gradually slopes outward as you move up the case. It is designed to fit between 8" rails, which appears to be an RV/trailer standard.

5. Can I use a lithium battery with this box? - Yes! However, the battery reader will not be accurate due to the higher voltage discharge on Lithium batteries.
