Answer:	We have an active household with kids, pets and dark wood floors. We pick up just about everything with our StarMop, pet hair, food spills, juice spills... all with just water. The magic is in the micro-fiber which picks up and holds onto EVERYTHING. The micro-fiber picks up 99.99% percent of everything, so theres really no contaminants left. Been using this system for over a year and a half, guests ask how we keep our floors looking so good.

Answer:	Try turning the computer off and on again. Then plug into a power source, connect the thunderbolt to vga, and then plug a vga male to male cord into the adapter and monitor, and close the macbook. It should run now. If not go to apple forums or your nearest apple store

Answer:	I bought the same kit and use the yellow medium brush to wash my boat. I also bought the softer blue brush to use on our car and truck. During my first use I noticed how much more suds this brush absorbs and how much better is washes than the old store bought brush I was using before.

Answer:	It works just as described-I love mine. Use to foot pedal to wring the mop as damp or dry as you want. Pull the mop head off and put in washer (I use bleach) and it comes out like new. I've had mine for at least 6 months, my mom (80 plus years old) got one as well and she loves hers--no more stooping over the mop bucket wringing out dirty water.
Question:	Just looking it the mop seems like it is only good for dusting and light dirt, can it scrub harder areas if needed
Answer:	I have 6 dogs including 4 mastiffs which are all over 209 lb and all live indoors! This mop is awesome! They trudge mud and dirt all over and I mop constantly and hard. It has held up great. I mop every day, several times a day and additional times for spills, puke and accidents. I also use it on my walls for mud smears from the dogs and mastiff slobber. I do have to replace the bucket part after a year as the ringer pedal has gotten wore out and is not working well anymore but for 30 bucks...no problem!

Answer:	There is only one pail. It is not divided into sides. Works just like any other mop bucket.

Answer:	Just like any damp or wet material or mop, it will only pick up things like hairs (and particles) when it's moved across the floor/counter/etc in one direction, then *stopped* and picked up. At that point the damp thing could be rinsed off and the hair would come with it (or picked off from things like sponge mops). If instead the damp item is just rubbed back and forth along the surface, some hair/particles will cling but some will be redeposited on the floor. Question:	An you use this on wood? Put any liquid in there
Answer:	Please, PLEASE DON'T USE MURPHY'S OIL SOAP on any wood floor. I own a flooring store so I have experience with ton's of different types of wood flooring. It will damage the finish on the wood after using over time. It will start lifting the finish off the floor. It will also start leaving a residue after a few times. If it is furniture - use Murphy's oil soap, but not on wood floors! Use only what the wood floor manufacturer recommends. If it's raw wood floors and finished in the home you can use a very small amount (2 Tablespoons) to a gallon of water. Use the smallest amount of water possible and make sure it is dry in a few minutes. Dry it off with a dry mop head if needed. Do not let the water sit there.
Question:	What cleaner would be suggested to use with the o-cedar promist microfiber mop with spray
Answer:	I’ve been using white vinegar mixed with water- read somewhere this was a good solution- it’s been working well for me. With 3 grandchildren; 1, 3, 5 and the 1yo crawling, i mop Evert night with The vingers solutiion and Sunday’s I use a regular Tile cleaner. Vinegar solution is 1tbsp per canister of water. Others have used 1tsp per canister. You can play around with your own mixture; whatever works for you.

Question:	Can this be used on laminate floors
Answer:	I don't see why not. The Braava uses so little water, even on the dampest mode, I doubt it would do any harm.
Question:	Can you purchase "invisible walls" to stop it from falling down a step
Answer:	It has a lighthouse mode that you can use to create an invisible wall and is also supposed to detect if it goes onto carpet and then turn around, but I have caught mine going off-roading a few times and deciding to leave the kitchen to wander into my living room. I know it happens near the end of its cleaning session in the kitchen so I keep a closer watch at that point.
Question:	Will it clean dried pet urine
Answer:	No — this machine does not “clean” effectively — as other have said, it will simply end up pushing the urine all around this leaving your floor dirtier than it was before. The Roomba is a good machine but this is just garbage.
Question:	Will it run on a schedule? Or start automatically on a schedule? Will it return to its charging station on its own
Answer:	Ignore these two users. If you use the app on your phone you can schedule the robot to perform specific tasks throughout the week, although you will need to make sure you install the correct pad for sweeping or for mopping, and then make sure the tank is filled before you attempt to mop. And it will automatically return to its own charging station, which it does in fact have.
