Some darkening might happen. The darkening depends on many factors such as 1. how much of the product is applied 2. the color of the leather article 3. the type of the article. That's why we recommend that you test it on a small area. On the other hand, darkening is temporary because your leather article will fade over time. When that happens you can re-apply Care & Cool Leather Preservative.

Answer:	I'm uncertain of what type o cleaner you are referring to. I found that the oxidation remover does a great job. After. Remove the dries D product, I would only need to wash the area with soapy water and I was done

Answer:	I have a 1988 Bayliner that is in a covered slip with the transom always facing east and the sun. The transom and side stripes are a bright blue. As an old boat I have used "fine cut' cleaners and Ma (Meguires) rine Polish with PTFE (Star Brite Marine polish with PTFE) so many times I am afraid the gelcoat is getting too thin to clean or scrub anymore. The first time I used Meguiar's M4916 Heavy Duty Oxidation Remover I thought I could hear angels singing! Chaulky residue wiped off easily, color was restored instantly, (if not permanently ) and even the white gel coat took on a 'new looking' shine before waxing. It works great. It does rejuvenate color and add shine. You will still need to protect it with other products.

Answer:	You can use as often as you want. It will last 4-6 months depending on how much use it sees.
Question:	For those of you that did not apply wax after this step how long does the protection last
Answer:	I would caution to not use this (or any other "polishing" or strong cleaning substance) on a surface that has an acrylic/polyurethane/lacquer top-cost finish. I mistakenly used a strong cleaner on a new polyurethane top-coated faux marble and it dulled the surface. The Gel-Gloss made it slightly more shiny, but not like new. I ended-up buying a spray can of clear lacquer and spraying the area.
Question:	Wil this get rid of water spots in shower
Answer:	I’m not sure about acrylic, I use it on my manufactured marble bathroom vanity. It does leave water spots which wipe off with a damp cloth and then a dry one. You might wasn’t to call the company at the 1-800 line.
Question:	do you let it dry before buffing
Answer:	The back of the bottle states: Works great on boats and RVs, kitchen counters, showers, sinks and tubs, spas and vanities. There is NO mention of glass, but I purchased it because I have a cultured marble vanity and that is what it's really for, not natural stone. It says no recommended for natural stone surfaces but there is no mention of glass. I personally would not use it for glass. From my personal experience with our old cheap fiberglass shower, the best thing to clean soap scum and mineral buildup (we live in the country with a well) is to use hot vinegar. I tried everything for years because the shower did not have a nice finish and it drove me crazy until I hit on hot vinegar. It is a mild acid and really does a good job, but cold vinegar was not effective. It doesn't have to boil or be very hot, just hot enough to sort of melt the gunk off. I wore rubber gloves and sloshed it on with a small towel, let it sit a minute, and then wiped down the walls. I have never had glass shower doors, but if I did that is what I would use. Then, if whoever showers would wipe them down with a towel after every shower, the doors should stay clean a while longer.

Answer:	No. There is no cover for the nose trimmer, but nothing sharp stick out and it works really well. I tried another type in past and the vibration tickled my nose so badly I could not use it. This one does not bother me and it does a good job. The clippers also do a good job, especially to be so cheap. I have used mine for almost a year now and expect it will probably wear out before too long, but when it does, I intend to buy another one. Good product and great for traveling.

Answer:	Oxidation remover is more of a rubbing compound that cleans deep down to new fiberglass and has enough wax to leave a shine. 'One Step' is also a cleaner but not nearly as aggressive and has more wax. Both are superb, but for different degrees of oxidation.
Question:	I have a jetski with pits in hull,can i just paint this on and apply a couple of coats,after prepping it and what would be best,with or without wax
Answer:	I tried to remove oxidation from the sides of my Cougar fifth wheel trailer with little to no success. I tried to rub it out both by hand and with a power buffer. I am having more success with TR3 but the product I have is old and I have been told the formulation has changed and the new product is not as effective. It is a lot of work regardless of what you use and the end result for me was disappointing.

Adjust the Amount of Catalyst from 1-3% to Control the Setup Time in Different Temperature Conditions.

With polyester gelcoat, proper catalyzation is critical for a proper cure. Cool temperatures may require adding a higher percentage of MEKP catalyst than warm conditions. The more catalyst added, the faster the gelcoat cures. Because air and surface temperatures also affect dry times, take care not to over-catalyze or under-catalyze. We recommend a trial batch to determine final catalyst ratio.

Can be Tinted with Pigments Suitable for Gelcoat and Polyester Resins

Adding color to white gelcoat creates lighter, pastel colors. Adding color to neutral gelcoat creates bold, darker colors. TotalBoat White Gelcoat (with wax or without wax) can be tinted by adding up to 1% colorant. TotalBoat Neutral Gelcoat can be tinted by adding up to 10% colorant (up to 12% for red, yellow, purple, orange, and light green).

IMPORTANT: Always mix in colorant before adding MEKP.

• If the repair area is large, and if the damage compromises structural integrity—the answer is no. In these cases, you would fill the damage with an epoxy-based fairing compound such as TotalBoat TotalFair, allow it to cure, then apply TotalBoat 2-Part Epoxy Primer or TotalBoat TotalProtect Epoxy Barrier Coat Primer over TotalFair, before applying Gelcoat.

Answer:	It it can be spray but you'll need a large tip like your numbers four or six probably six Leavy better it's got about 12 to 15 minute jail time. I think 1 gallon we cover about 400 ft.² And 10 mil thick.

Answer:	Yes, the gelcoat can be tinted with pigments. If you are not matching a white color, you may want to select a neutral gelcoat to tint. Adding pigments to white will create pastel colors.
Question:	What are the application requirements and procedures, as per the label or otherwise
Answer:	I would use a filler first then apply the gelcoat. I used Bondo brand fiberglass repair on small gouges on my boat then the gelcoat with wax and it turned out good.

Answer:	It is a liquid, so you will not be able to mold it.

Answer:	Easy to use just like the label states, just cleaned the surface well and made sure it was dry. Rubber the the product on with a clean lint free rag, the rag will get hard once the product dries so it will be a throw away. But the dash of my 1991 SeaRay looks almost new now!! It had really bad fading dark grey gel coat which was almost white in spots
Question:	Will this work on a fiberglass, thirty year old golf cart that was once white
Answer:	Since , it's a thin coat that penetrates the gel coat, it's not a another layer of product sitting on top. No chipping and I have not had any yellowing on the white gel coat sections and on the dark green section the color comes back every time.

Tips and suggestions for using Meguiar’s marine compound

• Before using a marine compound to remove below surface defects, wash and dry the surface of your boat or RV with a premium wash. Meguiar’s M54 Gel Wash is a great product to effectively remove loose surface contaminants without stripping wax protection. With biodegradable* detergents, it’s safe for both your boat and the marine life!
• Shake the product thoroughly before use.
• Always make sure the surface you are working with is cool to the touch.
• Do not apply to vinyl surfaces, rubber surfaces or on decals.
• If you have defects that the M67 One Step Compound can’t remove step up to Meguiar’s Marine/RV M91 Power Cut Compound for more severe defect removal without scouring the finish.
• After removing all defects and bringing back maximum shine, be sure to put protection back on the surface with Meguiar’s Marine/RV M56 Pure Wax Carnauba Blend or Meguiar’s M63 Flagship Premium Marine Wax.

Answer:	About 28 oz. Product did not work on my 2015 gel coat on my Eclispe Milan. The meguiar's cleaner wax worked better at removing oxidation and put a better shine

Answer:	One bottle will be more than enough, but if she is heavily oxidized don't kill yourself with only buffing. If it has white chalking go straight to a 1000 grit wet sandpaper, and follow-up with a 1500, 2000, and maybe even 3000. If you use 3000 you'll probably only have to buff once, up to three times without it. Don't use the dimpled pads, those are better for soft paints more than gelcoat. A good wool buffing pad, or a solid orange foam pad from Harbor Freight gives fantastic results. The Mequiar's microfiber cutting pad is almost unbeatable for heaving cutting/polishing of gelcoat and does the work faster than anything else I've seen. Buffing alone with Mequiar's will make it shine but the sanding brings out the true gelcoat colors. When you compare a severely oxidized area that has been buffed, between sanded and unsanded, you won't believe the difference. This is not a fast processes, but you can make it look like new (minus the deep scratches). Just to do the outside of a deeply oxidized hull and to make it look practically new again, I'd expect 20 hours for your boat.
Question:	Does it work on crome
Answer:	It should, I would recommend trying to wash it with dish soap first, to break up and remove any and all oils, wax, polish and icky stuff off the cart. Then look at it without that stuff on it, you may want to try a polish first before having to do all of this. I have found that Chemical Guys has a tester kit for $20.00 it comes with 4 different bottles that is plenty to do a golf cart and your car and probably 3 other vehicles depending on their size. :0) Use any of these in a small area first with an applicator pad, however a dual action polisher would probably be faster and easier on you. This Marine RV stuff is hard to get off once you put it on. It has to be applied by machine to get any real results. Make Old Fiberglass Sine Like New, For the Wet Look

Do you have an old, oxidized fiberglass or gel coat surface? Maybe on a boat or RV? There is a proven concept, for over 25 years, in restoring old fiberglass...POLI GLOW!

Dillute Poli Prep with Water

Always wear the gloves provided in the kit. Poli Prep is designed to prepare the surface prior to using Poli Glow. It will remove wax, light stains from fuel, oil and exhaust, in addition to light oxidation. Poli Prep is a concentrate, DO NOT use full strength; dilute one part water to one part Poli Prep.

Spray Poli Prep on to the Surface

Begin by wetting the surface with water. Shake the dilluted Poli Prep. Spray Poli Prep directly on to the wet fiberglass surface.

Scrub the Surface

Scrub the surface vigorously with the scrub pad. Remove Poli Prep with water and dry the surface before applying Poli Glow. The surface should be uniform in color, without oxidation. If you find it difficult to remove the oxidation (usually associated with dark colored fiberglass) use Poli Ox.

Prepare the Mitt applicator

Wet the Mitt applicator with water. Put the applicator in a towel roll up and ring out all of the excess water. The applicator should be damp.

Apply Poli Glow to the Mitt applicator

Apply Poli Glow directly to on to the Mitt applicator. Make sure Poli Glow is evenly distributed throughout the Mitt applicator. Do this by squeezing the applicator open and closed.

Wipe Poli Glow on to the Surface

Wipe Poli Glow directly on to the surface, using the Mitt applicator. Apply a MINIMUM of 4-6 COATS of Poli Glow. Work in small, 3-4 foot sections. Complete each section with 4-6 coats of Poli Glow, then move on to the next section of the fiberglass until the entire surface is complete.

Apply Poli Glow using the Mitt applicator included in the Poli Glow Kit

Poli Glow should be APPLIED with our 7" chamois applicator or Mitt applicator for a glossy finish. A sponge or a rag will not give the same effect.

Poli Glow Kit Complete

1 32 ounce bottle of Poli Prep, 1 32 ounce bottle of Poli Glow, 1 Microfiber Mitt applicator, 1 scrub pad with a handle, and 1 pair of gloves. This is enough for a 30-34 foot boat or RV.
