Answer:	Yes went folded correctly it is. Used them on an ocean kayaking trip. During that time they were stuffed in the back compartment and everything inside stayed nice and dry. They also sat outside of the tent overnight and on one of the night it rained. In the morning all contents were dry. I believe that if submerged for a short period of time they would be fine.
